Earlier in the year we dropped our Phobos Bar area, which features a relaxed break out area for informal conversations.
With a capacity of up to 52 seated users (and more standing) - with no wallet needed to join, our Phobos Bar area features full avatar interactions including voice chat, text chat and gestures.
This bar area also saw us debut our attenuation voice chat functionality, where visitors can only see or hear avatar chat from the people at their table - echoing that ideal real life bar feel.
We already tested out Phobos Bar with breakout sessions following our presentation of the music of Szatt, producer of Volume II of Everdome’s Metaverse Soundtrack, and you can expect more events coming in the new year inside this area.
So what’s next for Phobos Bar?
In the works are further engagement features, including more engagement features with mini-games and perhaps some robot waiter action going down.
Everdome will also be utilising this space for an upcoming series of events and digital conferences, making use of the informal atmosphere to bring further interaction into the heart of Everdome’s metaverse headquarters.
Phobos bar will also play host to more Experience to Earn live tests, as we further expand testing of the model outside single events and into the fabric of day-to-day digital life inside Everdome.
With engagement of new audiences and revenue models in the forefront of our thinking during 2025, you can expect Phobos Bar to be full of customers as the year progresses - further empowering creators of all types to join us in building a more accessible, interactive and engaging digital experience for the world.
Come along and take a look while you can, take advantage of a quiet virtual drink with friends before seats become premium.
