Multi-Year Strategy - Into the Future with a Growth Focused 2025

A busy January has seen the Everdome team already begin work on our key OKRs for 2025, which are Growth, Engagement and Revenue.

As explained in last year’s strategy reveal, every action and milestone needs to be pushing our project to a fully sustainable and successful future, and to reflect this we launched a new methodology for goal assessment and double down.

As explained in last year’s strategy reveal, every action and milestone needs to be pushing our project to a fully sustainable and successful future, and to reflect this we launched a new methodology for goal assessment.

This new methodology means we move away from a simple milestone based roadmap, and focus on a more flexible model based around our five key business goals for 2025, also termed as objectives and key results (OKRs).

These five goals and areas for 2025 are Growth, Development, User Acquisition, Revenue Generation and Economy, with Intellectual Property and AI completing the set.

Today, we will highlight our actions around Growth and Development:

Growth - Expanding Horizons

Everdome is set on a growth trajectory by establishing partnerships with major new product and marketing collaborators from developing markets. These strategic collaborations will significantly enhance our global presence and drive innovation.

Our efforts are focused on metaverse collaborations, utilizing digital events as a means to engage with a broader audience.

In addition, partnerships for collaborative events will strengthen community ties and enhance outreach. To maintain visibility and accessibility, ongoing listing activities are a vital part of this growth strategy.

Development - Elevating the Metaverse Experience

Everdome's development roadmap is centered on delivering immersive and groundbreaking features. This includes expanding Everdome HQ with new areas designed to cater to diverse user needs, such as a dedicated B2B focus area for exclusive events.

We are pioneering new forms of metaverse events and experiences to redefine engagement and elevate user participation. To empower creators, the platform will introduce in-metaverse tools that enable increased customization.

Additionally, new gamification functionalities will be tested, verified and implemented across the year, with our Experience to Earn function in the mix,  to improve user engagement potential.

Our next post in this three parter will deal in more detail with the next two elements of our 2025 area goals - User Generation along with Revenue Generation and Economy. The roadmap and strategy section of our website will be updated next week following our final reveal.
