Everdome Releases ‘’The Journey’’ - A Visual Showcase of our Experience

Ahead of the upcoming Tier- 3 Genesis NFT Collection holders access launch, and our planned Mars Landing experience event, we wanted to take the time to review our journey to date.

Everdome therefore presents ‘’The Journey’’, a visual overview of our unique metaverse voyage of interplanetary space travel and exploration, detailing the journey of discovery and creation we have made so far.

Using hyper-realistic visuals augmented by a unique digital soundscape and the first ever specially commissioned original metaverse soundtrack, we create what we term as a ‘’science faction’’ storyline, combining viable near future technology with immersive experiences to create a credible space exploration adventure that lives in the metaverse.

Journey’s Start
Your journey begins on arrival by monorail at Everdome’s Hatta Spaceport, a futuristic spaceport situated in the magnificent real world setting of Hatta in the United Arab Emirates. Released last year as a beta experience, our spaceport is now gradually being further developed to add further experience functionality.

Blast Off To Mars
From Hatta, you will board our Everdome Phoenix rockets, which had their debut launch live in November last year. You will join thousands of other passengers as our rockets launch for near Earth orbit in fleets forty strong, reclining in your specially designed personal cabin as you watch the Earth rush away from you.

This Everdome Phoenix rocket fleet then docks with the immense Everdome Cycler, an interplanetary vessel which orbits at 700 kilometers above the Earth. This cycler features a vast viewing deck to provide the very best space views as we pass through the solar system on our way to Mars.

Experience Moon Exploration
Stopping off at the Moon on our Journey, our intrepid Evernauts will take in various Moon exploration adventures, including our recently tested Moon Skimmer racing experience.

After a discovery-filled journey where our manifest of 9000 passengers will be gradually acclimatized to Martian conditions, all return to their cabins on the Everdome Phoenix rockets for the Mars landing, an experience which will be released later this year.

Next Stop Mars
These rockets will then make a horizontal landing on Mars, at our sprawling Jezero spaceport, close to the Everdome City site at Jerezo crater, within the Isidis Planitia, site of an ancient meteor impact.

Here our Evernauts will get their first looks at this Jezero spaceport, our hub for all cargo and passengers transiting to and from Everdome City, and the terminus destination for Everdome’s metaverse space experience travelers.

This transportation hub makes up part of the largest spaceport on Mars, hosting Orbital Traffic Control, coordinating all Phobos Orbital Docks operations.

Everdome City Preview
Everdome’s travelers will then make their final approach to Everdome city, passing through the huge city gateway to mark their arrival in a new digital home for learning, discovery, creation and metaverse experience building.

Building on our previous mission architecture overview, ‘’The Journey’’ is the latest showcase of the results of months of collaborative ideation, conceptualization, creation and iteration by Everdome's cross-disciplinary team of artists, writers, UX specialists, developers and space scientists.

We also thank our supportive and dedicated community of Evernauts for their constant feedback, most recently during our test beta release of our Moon Skimmer racing, feedback which is invaluable to refining the results of our creative processes.
